Horizon House has just undergone a multi-year renovation and upgrade cycle, with significant improvements to the building and the many amenities provided to our owners and their guests.

• Beautiful free-form pool nestled landward of the building with impressive landscaping all around. The pool and patio area include lounging areas, a shower, an extra-large grill and multiple seating areas for eating or conversing.
• Large, newly renovated social room with multiple seating areas, TVs and an electric fireplace. It includes a bar area, a gourmet kitchen and is a great option for hosting parties for larger groups.
• 24-hour manned security desk in the building lobby, right outside the elevators.
• Underground as well as covered parking.
• Individual indoor storage for each unit and shared storage. Shared storage includes a storage area right by the beach gate for chairs, floats etc. as well a kayak storage room.
• Fitness room with treadmills, elliptical machines, bikes, free weights and more.

• Close to Venetian Village shops and restaurants- a five-minute walk.
• Access to the Park Shore private beach walkway that runs along the water for more than a mile, with fabulous view of the water and the other Park Shore high rises.
